The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team for both entities. This role is responsible for driving top-line growth, overseeing all revenue-generating activities, and developing strategic relationships that expand the company's market presence. The CRO works closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure sustainable revenue and partnership growth. On Site or Hybrid in Las Vegas, NV is preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Revenue Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies that encompass ticket sales, sponsorships, affiliate programs, and new business models. Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine approaches to meet and exceed targets.
• Partnership Development:
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with venues, promoters, artists, sports organizations, and technology providers. Foster long-term relationships that create mutual value and enhance the ticketing platform's offerings.
• Sales Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious goals. Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and implement best practices to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Market Expansion:
• Drive entry into new geographic markets and verticals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaboration Across Departments:
• Work with marketing, product, and customer service teams to launch new products, enhance the customer experience, and deliver integrated solutions for partners.
• Financial Oversight:
• Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure accuracy in revenue tracking and alignment with organizational goals.
• Innovation & Digital Transformation:
• Collaborate with Product Leadership on the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and business models to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure all revenue and partnership activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Position Overview
The Account Manager, Sports Partnerships, is a pivotal role designed to drive new business growth and foster lasting relationships within the sports and entertainment ecosystem between these 2 entities and stakeholders. This position is focused on identifying and acquiring valuable inventory from sports and entertainment rights holders, participating in daily inventory buys, and strategically managing partnerships. The Account Manager will represent VegasTickets.com and RevPro at major industry events, leveraging their network to expand the company's presence and credibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in daily inventory purchases and proactively identify new business opportunities within the sports industry.
• Acquire inventory from sports rights holders, ensuring optimal selection and pricing strategy.
• Manage and nurture relationships with all sports partners, including leagues, venues, and strategic contacts.
• Work with Pricing Team on assigned accounts to optimize sell-through rates and ensure appropriate sales strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress.
• Build strong executive-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Leverage existing networks to generate referrals and expand the company’s strategic account base.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, enhancing visibility and credibility.
• Collaborate closely with customer service, marketing, and product teams to meet and exceed client needs.
• Share actionable market insights to influence product development, marketing positioning, and customer engagement strategies.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to create tailored collateral, proposals, and presentations for strategic sports clients.
• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed daily call minimum, appointment expectations, and annual sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with individuals and corporate decision-makers to drive sales.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations, customizing partnership options for each prospect.
• Manage the new client onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain an updated, accurate database of potential buyers and leads within the CRM system and proactively manage and update pipeline of new prospects, contact details and interaction history.
• Handle all incoming sales calls and prospect and qualify all potential sales opportunities.
• Effectively execute sales campaigns and training programs as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills, Experience, and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
• Must have experience working on either the primary or secondary market ticket sales side, preferable both.
• A deep, established list of contacts within the sports and entertainment industry is strongly preferred
• At least one year of proven high-level sales success with strong performance and results.
• Exceptional presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver sales materials to large groups and key clients.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Professional demeanor, able to interact effectively with individuals at all organizational levels and external stakeholders.
